I got connected to Jessica when she volunteered to take on the task of writing an annual appeal letter for our nonprofit. She has continued to stay engaged with our organization, providing content on a regular basis that is timely, relevant and well-messaged. The fact that she has done this work on a pro bono basis speaks volumes about her character as well. Jessica has met or exceeded every deadline she has promised with work that has needed very little editing. We are grateful to know her and to have her skills and expertise being put to use in our organization!
